Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Flaxviewsy (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We provide high-quality outdoor storage sheds, outdoor hanging chairs, outdoor table and chair sets, outdoor storage boxes, patio bar stools, and patio chairs through our online store. Below is the policy regarding the cancellation of orders.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change.

  • Within 48 Hours: If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so directly within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that the items have not yet been shipped.

  • Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If the order has been placed for more than 48 hours or has already been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to cancel the order. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package to your address, and then contact us to arrange a return and refund. For more specific details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at customer@flaxviewsy.com or by calling +1 (516) 398-3060. When contacting us, please provide your Order Number and proof of payment (such as a transaction receipt) to verify your identity and order details.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund procedures as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation or return request is confirmed:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be automatically returned to the original bank card account (Visa or MasterCard) used for payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of the different banking institutions and card issuers, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Accuracy and Modifications
To ensure the timely delivery of large items such as outdoor storage sheds and furniture sets, please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before finalizing the order. If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact us within the 48-hour window mentioned above. We cannot modify the address once the item has shipped.

Duplicate Orders
If you have accidentally placed duplicate orders for the same products, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist in cancelling the duplicate order and processing a full refund for the extra transaction, provided the items have not yet shipped.

Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a system error regarding inventory levels or pricing, or if the payment information cannot be verified. In such rare events, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
