6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders can be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed since ordering, or if the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, after which you may contact us to arrange a return and refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Arrival Time
Once the refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
